Purpose and functions
We promote the exchange of ideas among practitioners as well as with academics and researchers on topics relating to the review of foreign investments, particularly under German and European law.
Investment control has gained considerable importance and attention in the changed geopolitical situation. This is reflected in the increasing number of M&A transactions that have been subject to notification and scrutiny for years, as well as in widely discussed prohibitions and less visible restrictions.
